WTF?!?

Emily has her own phone. It's a cordless phone that doesn't have the telephone jack plugged in. We have the base plugged into the wall in the spare room. Emily likes to grab her phone and dial it, and we don't have to worry about her making prank phone calls. This cordless phone also has a handset locator button on the base.

While watching TV this evening, Emily walked into the bedroom and pressed the handset locator button. The handset started beeping in the family room with us. Emily nonchalantly strode out of the bedroom, around the coffee table, around her rocking chair and picked up the phone. What? Did she do that on purpose? Does she really know how to find the handset by pressing the locator button? Bizarre!
