Sophie loves cars and trains. She spends a lot of time on the play mat driving her cars. This mat disappeared for a month, waiting for me to sew on a new backing. The old rubber one had started peeling off, then had some assistance from three pairs of little hands. The day that it returned, Sophie noticed. Here's the kind of shenanigans that go on when Sophie gets reunited with her cars. She's a little timid when the camera is pulled out, and can't help but do something goofy rather than sit and smile.
Sophie's love of trains is even greater than that of cars. She asked Santa for a train for Christmas. She even got the balloon lady to make at Thomas! The lady also made Gainer and Ariel.
When she got her opportunity to meet Santa at a Christmas party, she was a little afraid, to say the least. I bet you'll never guess what she found inside her present... Thomas!
