Have you ever noticed that every character "flaw" could also be flipped to be a good characteristic? For example, you might be tempted to call Emily "stubborn" after watching this video, but perhaps "persistent" is the correct term. Unfortunately, Connie shut off the video too soon, so you don't get to see Emily get down on her hands and knees and crawl past her Grandma to the stairs! Persistent or stubborn?
