The biggest highlight in the last three weeks is our trip to see the cousins in Kingston. Emily flew amazingly well. The changes in air pressure didn't seem to affect her, and she drew lots of attention with her flirtatious smiles.
Evelyn, Clayton and the kids were wonderful hosts. We arrived on a Friday evening to a busy house full of boys for Riley's 6th birthday party. The action continued as friends came over on Saturday, Sunday was sausage-making day, and the boys travelled to Toronto on Monday for a ball game. Grace gave up her room for the week, Evelyn and Clayton spoiled us with awesome food, and Emily received numerous hugs and kisses from all four cousins.
The only downfall of the trip was that Emily caught her first cold. Oh well, it had to happen sometime!
