Greg ran the Queen City half marathon again this fall. It was the morning after my cousin Ashley's wedding. He ran a personal best time of 1:40:??. Again, we camped out at Candy Cane Park, eating breakfast and cheering on the runners. This year Grandpa Litz joined us. Here are some pics of the event.
Two weeks later he ran in the St. Albert fall classic. It doesn't have nearly the same number of runners, and the crowds are much thinner. What it does have, though, are a lot of hills. Greg's time was five minutes slower, but it was a much tougher run. Here he is running up the final hill to the finish line.
